What You’ll Do

As an Aircraft Component Technician Assistant, you’ll support our Maintenance Department with day-to-day operations, including:

• Assisting lead mechanics with component maintenance tasks

• Cleaning and preparing aircraft parts for inspection and repair

• Learning basic disassembly and reassembly procedures

• Supporting shop organization and workflow efficiency

• Gaining exposure to real-world aviation maintenance processes

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in aviation and mechanical or electrical systems

• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools is a plus

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• No prior aviation experience required
