Whether your component requires a full overhaul or a targeted repair, our team of technicians are trained extensively alongside seasoned experts, to approach every job with the same level of care and attention to detail. We support aircraft across a wide range of applications, including business, agriculture, warbird exhibition, and recreational aviation.

All work is performed in-house at our FAA-certified repair station, and completed units can be shipped directly to you nearly anywhere in the world.

From Arrival to Evaluation
Every component begins with a thorough shipping damage inspection to identify any issues that may have occurred in transit. If damage is found, we notify you immediately so you can initiate a shipping insurance claim without delay.

Once cleared, the process varies slightly depending on the component type and required service:

• Overhaul components are fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned in our tear down department before moving to inspection.

• Repair components undergo a tailored intake process:

  • Fluid-operated units are disassembled and flushed to prevent contamination.

  • Electrical units receive a detailed preliminary inspection.

  • Mechanical components are often tested early to assess performance and isolate issues.

Inspection & Diagnosis
All components then proceed to our main shop floor for comprehensive inspection and diagnostic testing. This step confirms reported issues and identifies any additional points of concern.

If findings fall outside the standard work scope, whether during overhaul or repair, we provide a detailed quote for your review and approval before proceeding.

Service Completion & Return to Service
Once approved, your component is repaired or overhauled with precision and care. Each unit is then reassembled, rigorously tested to ensure optimal performance and reliability, inspected a final time during return to service authorization and then carefully packaged for return shipment.
