Our testing process provides a full functional evaluation of your components, allowing us to isolate faults and identify root causes with precision. Whether you’re troubleshooting a performance issue or verifying a suspected failure, our goal is simple: deliver clear, reliable results as quickly as possible.

All testing is performed in-house at our repair station. Every component begins with a shipping damage inspection to identify any transit-related issues before testing begins.

From there, the evaluation is tailored to the specific component:

• Hydraulic and fluid-operated units are flushed to remove contaminants and protect testing equipment while ensuring accurate results.

• Electrical components undergo detailed pre-test inspection to identify visible faults before functional testing.

• Mechanical components are typically moved directly to bench testing to verify performance and operation.

If we haven’t already received details about the issue you’re experiencing, we’ll reach out before testing begins. This allows us to focus on specific symptoms that may not appear during a standard evaluation.

Once testing is complete, results are carefully reviewed. If a fault is identified, we contact you to discuss the findings and to proceed with repair, followed by reassembly and retesting to confirm proper operation before return.

If no issue is found, our job isn’t finished. We take the time to walk through the results with you and help identify the next likely cause because solving your problem matters more than simply testing a part.
